Why I Started Kick Boosters

Let me be honest — I don’t wear flats.
It’s not just because I’m short.
It’s more about how I feel when I wear shoes with a bit of height.
My outfit comes together better, I stand a little taller — not just physically, but emotionally too.
There’s something about seeing eye-to-eye with others that takes away that subtle feeling of being overlooked.
And yes, I just feel better when I catch myself in the mirror.

But here’s the thing:
I’m not into heels that scream “I dressed up today.”
I don’t want shoes that require a helping hand to walk or stand in.
I want shoes I can live in — walk fast in, run to catch a train in, or explore a new city without needing a break.
Something stylish but casual, young but effortless.
Something that feels like me.

And honestly, I don’t think shoes have to be from a high-end performance brand to be truly comfortable.
There are pairs out there that are light, cushy, supportive — and still cute enough to boost your mood.

So I started looking.
